SHIPPING RATES

Orders under $199.00 — $9.95 flat rate, fully insured Orders $199.00 and over — FREE shipping, fully insured

Shipping costs are displayed at checkout before you complete your purchase. All rates include full insurance coverage for the value of your order.


HOW WE SHIP

Every order is packed securely and shipped fully insured. All shipments are sent in plain, discreet packaging with no external markings indicating the contents are precious metals. This is done for your safety and privacy.

We ship via USPS, UPS, and FedEx. The carrier is selected at our discretion based on the size, value, and destination of your order.


PROCESSING TIME

Orders are processed after payment has been received and fully cleared. Most orders ship within 1 to 3 business days of payment clearing under normal conditions.

Bank wire transfers typically clear within 1 to 2 business days of receipt. ACH transfers typically clear within 1 to 2 business days.

We do not process or ship orders on weekends or federal holidays. Once your order ships you will receive a tracking number by email. Packages typically arrive within 2 to 7 business days after shipment depending on your location and carrier.


SIGNATURE REQUIRED

A signature is required upon delivery for all orders. This is required by our insurance carrier and protects you and your investment.

Please ensure that you or an authorized adult will be present at the delivery address when your package arrives.

Your shipment insurance will be voided if:

  • You request or agree to waive the signature requirement with your mail carrier
  • Anyone other than the addressee signs for the package including a property manager, neighbor, or building employee
  • You request delivery to a UPS Store, FedEx location, mailbox, or locker

If no one is available to sign, the carrier will leave a notice and attempt redelivery. After multiple failed attempts the package will be held at a local carrier facility for pickup or returned to us. If returned, you will be responsible for reshipment fees before we reship your order.


INSURANCE

All shipments are fully insured for the full value of your order from the time they leave our facility until a valid signature is obtained at delivery. Insurance coverage ends once the carrier obtains a signature or completes delivery confirmation.


DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your package appears damaged or tampered with upon delivery, you may refuse the delivery. The package will be returned to us for inspection.

If you have already accepted a package that appears damaged, keep all original packaging and contact us within 48 hours at [email protected] with your order number and clear photographs of the damage and all packaging. Failure to notify us within 48 hours may impact our ability to file a successful insurance claim.


LOST PACKAGES

If tracking shows delivered but you did not receive your package, contact us within 24 hours of the marked delivery date. If your package appears lost in transit with no delivery scan, contact us within 30 days of the shipment date. Claims submitted after 30 days cannot be processed.


WHERE WE SHIP

We ship within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time. We do not ship to P.O. boxes.


SHIPPING COST REFUNDS

Shipping charges are non-refundable except in cases where Absolute Bullion LLC made a verified shipping error.
