Shipping Policy

Thank you for shopping with Absolute Bullion. This Shipping Policy explains how we process and dispatch your order. By placing an order with us, you agree to the terms below.
1. Order Processing
We aim to begin processing orders within one to three business days after payment is confirmed and cleared. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. federal holidays will be processed on the next business day.
Payment must be cleared before shipping. Bank wires, ACH, and certain payment methods may add additional processing time before an order is released to ship.
We reserve the right to delay or refuse to ship any order that we have reason to believe may be fraudulent, suspicious, in violation of our terms, or that fails our standard verification procedures.
2. Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to addresses within the contiguous United States only. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, U.S. territories, P.O. boxes, freight forwarders, or international destinations. If you place an order with an address that falls outside our shipping zone, we will contact you to correct the address or cancel the order.
3. Shipping Methods and Costs
Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the contents and destination of your order. Available shipping methods, transit times, and costs are displayed before you complete your purchase. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
We may use one or more major shipping carriers and may, at our discretion, change carriers or shipping methods at any time to ensure secure and timely delivery of your order.
4. Tracking
When tracking information is available for your order, we will email it to the email address you provided at checkout. Please verify your email address is accurate when placing your order.
5. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at the time of your order. We are not responsible for orders that are delayed, lost, or returned to us due to an incorrect or incomplete address provided by the customer. If a package is returned to us for an address error, the customer is responsible for any additional shipping costs to resend the order.
6. Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to you upon our delivery of the items to the shipping carrier. If your package is marked delivered by the carrier but has not arrived, please contact us within 48 hours so we can begin an investigation with the carrier.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Packages
If your package is lost, stolen, or damaged in transit, you must notify us by email at support@absolutebullion.com within 48 hours of the delivery date shown by the carrier. Claims submitted outside this window may not be eligible for resolution.
Upon receipt of a timely claim, we will work with the shipping carrier on your behalf to investigate. Resolution depends on the outcome of that investigation and the specific circumstances of the loss. We make no guarantee of refund or replacement until any investigation is complete.
If your package arrives visibly damaged, do not refuse delivery. Accept the package, photograph the packaging and contents before opening fully, and contact us within 48 hours.
8. Signature Requirement
At our discretion, certain orders may require an adult signature on delivery. If a signature is required for your order, the carrier will not leave the package unattended. You are responsible for being available to receive a package that requires a signature, or for arranging signature delivery to a verified alternative recipient.
9. Vacation Holds and Reshipments
If you will be away from the delivery address, please do not place an order until you can be available to receive it. We do not hold orders for future delivery dates. Reshipments due to customer unavailability or refused delivery will incur additional shipping charges.
