All Sales Are Final

Precious metals are a commodity. Their prices move constantly based on global market conditions. Because of this, all confirmed sales are final.

Once your order has been confirmed and a price has been locked in, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds based on price changes or a change of mind. This is standard practice across the precious metals industry.

When We Will Help You

We will work with you if:

  • You received the wrong product
  • Your order arrived visibly damaged
  • Your order was lost in transit

In any of these cases, please contact us within 3 business days of your delivery date at [email protected]. Include your order number, a description of the issue, and photos if you have them.

Damaged or Lost Packages

All shipments are fully insured. If your package arrives damaged, do not refuse it. Accept the delivery, photograph the damage, and contact us right away. We will work with the carrier to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

If tracking shows your package as delivered but you did not receive it, contact us within 24 hours so we can begin an investigation with the carrier.

Wrong Product Received

If you receive a product different from what you ordered, contact us within 3 business days. We will send the correct product to you at no additional cost.

No Refunds on Price Differences

Because precious metals prices change every second, we cannot refund the difference if the spot price drops after your order is confirmed. Your locked-in price at the time of order confirmation is your final price.
