- ABOUT US
Absolute Bullion LLC is a precious metals dealer based in California, United States. We sell physical gold, silver, platinum, palladium, and copper products including bars, coins, and rounds. All products are sourced through verified, established wholesale networks in the precious metals industry.
- PRICING
All prices on our website are based on live spot prices for gold, silver, platinum, and palladium. Spot prices change continuously — sometimes second to second — based on global market conditions including supply and demand, currency movements, geopolitical events, and economic data.
The price you see while browsing may differ by the time you complete checkout. Your price is only locked in after you complete your order and receive a written order confirmation number from us.
We are not responsible for price changes that occur before your order is confirmed.
- ORDER CONFIRMATION
Your order is not final until you receive a written order confirmation from Absolute Bullion LLC containing your order number and locked-in price.
If you do not receive a confirmation within 1 hour of placing your order, contact us at [email protected] or (619) 410-3520 before assuming your order was placed.
Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.
- PAYMENT
Absolute Bullion LLC accepts the following payment methods:
- Bank wire transfer
- ACH / direct bank transfer
- PayPal (where available)
- Cryptocurrency (where available)
We do not accept cash, cashier’s checks, money orders, or credit or debit cards as a form of payment.
All prices are listed and payable in United States Dollars (USD).
Payment is expected within 24 hours of placing your order. If you are mailing a check, it must be in the mail the same day or next day. If your order has not been paid in full within 7 business days, Absolute Bullion LLC reserves the right to cancel your order and any losses incurred will be your responsibility to pay in full.
- MARKET LOSS POLICY
Once your order is confirmed and you receive a confirmation number, it is a legal and binding transaction. If your order is cancelled for any reason after confirmation — including non-payment — and the market price of the ordered metals has declined between your order date and the cancellation date, you are responsible for the full market loss.
Market loss is calculated as the difference between your locked-in price at the time of order confirmation and the current spot price at the time of cancellation, plus a $35.00 cancellation fee.
Any market gain on a cancelled order belongs to Absolute Bullion LLC and will not be passed to you.
By placing an order you explicitly agree to this Market Loss Policy.
- ORDER CANCELLATIONS
Once your order is confirmed and payment has been received, cancellations are not accepted under any circumstances.
If you have placed an order but have not yet sent payment, contact us immediately at [email protected]. Cancellation requests must be submitted by email before the 7-business-day payment window expires. Market loss fees and the $35.00 cancellation fee may still apply depending on market conditions at the time of your request.
- SHIPPING
All orders are shipped fully insured with signature required upon delivery.

- Orders under $199.00 — $9.95 flat rate, fully insured
- Orders $199.00 and over — FREE shipping, fully insured

- ALL SALES ARE FINAL — NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
All confirmed and paid sales are final. Absolute Bullion LLC does not accept returns or issue refunds based on price changes, market movement, or a change of mind after an order is confirmed and paid.
Exceptions apply only in cases of wrong product received, visibly damaged delivery, or confirmed lost in transit. Please see our full Refund Policy for complete details.
- PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY
All products sold by Absolute Bullion LLC are authentic and sourced through verified, established wholesale networks in the precious metals industry. Every product meets the specifications listed on its product page.

- DISCREPANCIES AND CLAIMS
You must notify Absolute Bullion LLC in writing within 3 business days of receiving your order of any discrepancy, damage, or dispute. If no notification is received within 3 business days of delivery, you agree that you are barred from bringing a claim for loss, damage, or other relief relating to that order.
- MARKET RISK DISCLOSURE
By purchasing from Absolute Bullion LLC you understand and accept that:
- The value of your metals may increase or decrease after purchase
- Absolute Bullion LLC does not provide investment, legal, financial, or tax advice
- Past prices do not predict future prices
- You are purchasing physical metals as a commodity, not a financial instrument
- You are solely responsible for your investment decisions
- IRS REPORTING
Absolute Bullion LLC is required by law to report certain transactions to the IRS including cash transactions of $10,000 or more as required by IRS Form 8300. By placing an order you agree to provide accurate identifying information when required for reporting purposes.
- LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
Absolute Bullion LLC is not responsible for losses, damages, or costs resulting from changes in precious metals prices after order confirmation, delays caused by shipping carriers or third parties, or events outside our reasonable control.
- GOVERNING LAW
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of the State of California, United States of America.
- CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
Absolute Bullion LLC reserves the right to update these Terms at any time. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update. Continued use of our website after any changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
